Adding & removing a bookmark

Adding a bookmark

  1. Login to the 7fivefive Lens application with a user that has the Administrator role or has the Access to Settings option enabled on their role.

  2. In the sidebar or navigation bar go to the Configuration option, then select the Settings item from the menu

  3. Under the General section, select the Customisation option

  4. Click the Bookmarks tab

  5. Click the Add button

  6. The Add bookmark modal will appear. In the Name field, enter the name for the bookmark. This is what will be displayed on the Editor Centre page.

  7. (Optional) Enter a description for the bookmark. This will be shown underneath the bookmark name on the Editor Centre page.

  8. In the URL field, enter the URL that users will be taken to when the bookmark is clicked

  9. (Optional) Select an icon for the bookmark

  10. (Optional) Select a colour for the bookmark

  11. (Optional) Set the sort priority number for the bookmark. A value of 0 will mean the bookmark is at the top of the list.

  12. (Optional) Specify which roles can see the bookmark

  13. (Optional) Specify which sites can see the bookmark

  14. Click the Add button

Removing a bookmark

  1. Login to the 7fivefive Lens application with a user that has the Administrator role or has the Access to Settings option enabled on their role.

  2. In the sidebar or navigation bar go to the Configuration option, then select the Settings item from the menu

  3. Under the General section, select the Customisation option

  4. Click the Bookmarks tab

  5. Check the checkbox next to each bookmark you would like to remove

  6. Click the Remove button
