Currently, it is not possible to reset passwords through the Dashboard if they are forgotten. Please contact 7FiveFive support for assistance.
Log in to the NAS Dashboard as the user whose password you would like to change
In the sidebar, select click the username in the bottom left and then click
A window will open, enter your new password and then confirm it. Once you have done this click
If the password is valid, you will receive an alert confirming the change has been made
