Zero Client - How to find the devices IP address

Sometimes for troubleshooting purposes, 7FiveFive will need to access the administrative interface on the device. To do this, we will need the IP address of your zero client. See the sections below on how to find this:

1. Ensure the zero client is connected to the network via ethernet cable

2. Power on the zero client

3. Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the screen

4. Click the Options menu and select the Information option

   

   
   

5. Select the Network tab

6. Make a note of the IP Address value. In the example below, this is 10.0.34.8
