Sometimes for troubleshooting purposes, 7FiveFive will need to access the administrative interface on the device. To do this, we will need the IP address of your zero client. See the sections below on how to find this:

Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the screen

menu and select theInformation

Make a note of the
IP Address
