Disconnecting a user from a workstation

  1. Login to the Lens Portal

  2. In the left sidebar, expand the Workstations menu and then select the Overview option

  3. In the page menu, under the Overview section, select the Workstations option

  4. Select all the workstations that you would like to disconnect the users from

  5. Open the Session dropdown menu and select the Disconnect user option

  6. In the Disconnect workstations modal, confirm the workstations are correct and then click the Disconnect button
