Viewing and managing collectors

Each collector and its status will be listed, along with when it checked in last, and the IP address it came from.

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Access to Settings' permission for the location where the scheduler will be enabled.

  2. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Settings option

  3. Under the Sites and Collectors group, select the Manage collectors option

Cleaning up collectors

Old collectors will automatically be cleared up by the system. However, you can manually remove these if needed:

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Access to Settings' permission for the location where the scheduler will be enabled.

  2. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Settings option

  3. Under the Sites and Collectors group, select the Manage collectors option

  4. Select the collectors that you would like to remove

  5. Click the Remove collectors button
