Modifying the policy processing order

Policies in Lens are evaluated in order of their Processing order. The first policy that matches will be assigned to the user’s allocation. For this reason, the most specific policies should have the lowest processing order (Lower number), and the least specific policies should have the highest processing order (higher number).

1. Login to the Lens Portal as an administrator

2. In the sidebar, navigate to the Workstations item, and then select Configuration

3. Navigate to the Policies tab group, and select the Policies option

4. Select the policy you would like to change the priority of
   

   

5. Click either the Move up or Move down button. These changes will take immediate effect.
