Creating an allocation

  1. Login to the Lens Portal as an administrator

  2. In the sidebar, navigate to the Workstations item, and then select Configuration

  3. Navigate to the Sessions tab group, and select the Allocations option

  4. Click the Add button

  5. In the Add allocation modal, select the user to create the allocation from the Select a user dropdown

  6. Select the pool that the allocation is for

  7. Optional—Select the workstation to which the user will be assigned. If this is left blank, the user can select a workstation themselves or will have one automatically assigned.

  8. Optional - Select if you would like to set a limit on the number of sessions that this allocation

  9. Optional - Set when the allocation is valid to and from
