Scheduling workstations: Copying events

  1. Login to the Lens Portal

  2. In the left sidebar expand the Workstations menu and select the Scheduling option

  3. Under the Scheduling section, select the Calendar option

  4. Select the tab that corresponds with the day you would like to copy events from

  5. Select the Copy button from the toolbar

  6. In the Copy schedules dialog window, select the schedule events you would like to copy to another day

  7. Select the days that you would like to copy the events to

  8. Select the copy mode:

    1. Add
      The schedule events will be added to the days selected. Any events on the selected days will not be affected.

    2. Replace
      The schedule events will be added to the days selected. Any other events on selected days will be removed.

  9. Click the Copy button
