Modifying an announcement

  1. Login to the 7fivefive Lens application with a user that has the Administrator role or has the Access to Settings option enabled on their role.

  2. In the sidebar or navigation bar go to the Configuration option, then select the Portal item from the menu

  3. Under the Portal section, select the Announcements option

  4. Select checkbox next to the announcement you would like to modify from the table

  1. Click the Edit button

  2. In the modal window, make the changes you require

  3. Click the Edit button to save your changes
