Cloning an announcement

  1. Login to the 7fivefive Lens application with a user that has the Administrator role or has the Access to Settings option enabled on their role.

  2. In the sidebar or navigation bar go to the Configuration option, then select the Portal item from the menu

  3. Under the Portal section, select the Announcements option

  4. Select checkbox next to the announcement you would like to clonefrom the table

  1. Click the Clone button

  2. In the confirmation window, click Clone

  3. A new announcement will be added and suffixed with (Copy). Cloned announcements will be disabled by default to allow time for modifications.
