Cancelling a workstation operation

It is rare, but sometimes operations may get stuck running. Lens has building mechanisms for detecting and mitigating this, but if you want to speed things along you can manually cancel the previous running operation. To do this follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the Lens Portal

  2. In the left sidebar, expand the Overview menu and select the Workstations option

  3. In the menu, under the Overview section, select the Workstations option

  4. Select the workstations you would like to cancel the operation(s) for

  5. Click the Advanced dropdown menu

  6. Select the Cancel operation locks button

  7. Confirm the operation in the modal box

  8. The operations will be cleared momentarily
