Pool assignments

When a user visits the Lens Portal Editor Centre they are presented with a list of pools that they can connect to (if there are any pools assigned to their role). This article will show how to assign a role to a pool, thereby providing access to that pool.

Editing a pool assignment

  1. Login to the Lens Portal as an administrator

  2. In the left sidebar, go to the Configuration and select the Settings item

  3. On the settings page, go to the Roles section and then select the Pool Mapping option

  4. Select the role you want to modify

  5. Click the Edit assignments button

  6. In the Edit pool assignments modal, check all the pools that you wish to allow this role to access.

  7. Click the Edit button
