Template versioning

When making significant changes to a template, it is a good idea to increment the version number. This allows administrators to quickly see which workstations are old and are in need of replacement. Some examples of when might be a good time to increment the version number:

• A new image or OS version is used

• A different type or family of instance is used

• The workstation boot disk size changes
