Renaming a group

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Change infrastructure schedule' permission for the location where the group will be created.

  2. Select the location you would like to modify from the Location menu

  3. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Infrastructure option

  4. Under the Infrastructure group, select the Groups option

  5. Scroll down to the group you want to rename

  6. Click the pencil icon

  7. Enter the new group name in the modal box

  8. Click the Rename button

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  10. Click the Save changes button

Adding an instance to a group

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Change infrastructure schedule' permission for the location where the group will be created.

  2. Select the location you would like to modify from the Location menu

  3. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Infrastructure option

  4. Under the Infrastructure group, select the Groups option

  5. At the top of the page find the instance you want to add. Click and drag the instance card to the group you want to add it to.

  6. Click the Save changes button

Removing an instance from a group

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Change infrastructure schedule' permission for the location where the group will be created.

  2. Select the location you would like to modify from the Location menu

  3. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Infrastructure option

  4. Under the Infrastructure group, select the Groups option

  5. Scroll down the page until you find the group you want to edit.

  6. Click and drag the instance you want to remove to the top of the page. Drop the instance into the Unselected instances section.

  7. Click the Save changes button

Editing group options

  1. Login to the Lens Portal. The user must have the 'Change infrastructure schedule' permission for the location where the group will be created.

  2. Select the location you would like to modify from the Location menu

  3. In the left sidebar, open the Configuration menu, then select the Infrastructure option

  4. Under the Infrastructure group, select the Groups option

  5. Scroll down the page until you find the group you want to edit.

  6. Make your changes to the options

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

  8. Click the Save changes button
